PAIN AND PLEASURE

Over the year I have observed a fact
"THE THINGS THAT GIVE YOU INSTANT PLEASURE ARE ALWAYS DAMAGING LONG TERM"
I know most of you people may agree with me and other might not even I am a bit skeptical about the credibility of it as I think their are exceptions.
Pain and pleasure I think are one and the all concept and is a prominent part of life and HYPNOSIS too. I want you to just act as if you are an atheist for a moment like a character play actor. And has no religious background. because It might block the idea. Nevertheless The idea comes from some Freudian literature I don't have to know about it.
WHEN CONSIDERING PAIN AND PLEASURE as the name suggest we all know what is pain and pleasure.
RULE NO TWO-
"Everything we, human beings, do is to avoid pain and to move towards pleasure."
PLEASURE CAN BE ATTAIN-
1. physical pleasure or bodily pleasure-
.   -Eating good food :)
    -sex ;)
    -exercising :)
    -others which include bodily involvement.
2. Mind pleasure
-This type of pleasure is obtained when you get what you expect with others and yourself or scientifically
when internal image match with external image OR Event.
METAPHOR-
Have you ever wanted something and when you  get it you jump with joy. Have you ever asked a girl out and she says yes. or have you ever went to a job interview and you get selected. All the above examples has a common expectation and fulfillment syntax if you observe wisely.

YOU CAN GET PAIN-
1. Physical pain
   - bang your head on a wall
   - get your balls kicked ;)

 2. mind pain.
   - Like as we have seen to get pleasure their has to be a expectation match hence in order to get pain it has to be a mismatch. or scientifically when your mental image does match with what happens.
METAPHOR-
Have you ever prepared in exams by trusting your friends psychic intuition of the questions which are going to come for sure thingy. And they later don't come and you feel like crying and killing your friend head off.

Anyways its an idea and the text could get even more deep and complex in the coming sections. It might heat up and train your unused primary senses.
